1 teabag Minga Moringa Tea with Lemongrass
1 cup boiling water
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp fresh grated garlic (about one small clove)*
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (make sure it has the mother in it!)
1-2 tbsp honey, according to taste
Juice of 1/2 lemon
*Garlic is optional and for the brave of heart (and stomach!). We promise it works!
1. Steep the lemongrass moringa tea bag in a mug with hot water for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Stir, enjoy, and recover!
